Step1:1 - shred lettuce, winter bamboo shoots, gluten and scallion.
Step2:2-hot pot of cold oil. First put in the onion and stir fry the shredded lettuce. Then put in the shredded winter asparagus and stir fry. Finally put in the shredded gluten. Put in a small amount of chicken soup (soup or water can be) and stir and add salt to taste.
Step3:3 - sprinkle with scallion and start the pot. The whole process should be fast. Don't overcook.
