Step1:1. Wash and soak glutinous rice. 2. Choose straight and thick lotus root (easy to put rice). Use chopsticks to gradually put rice into lotus root. Don't fill it too full. 3. Plug the cut lotus head. Fix it on the installed lotus root with toothpick (so that the rice will not flow out). 4. Fill the lotus root with large spoon of water. Put the sugar in the ice. Bring to a boil. Turn the medium and small fire to cook slowly. When the water level reaches one third of the lotus root, turn the fire. Pour the soup on the lotus root with the spoon continuously (don't forget to turn the lotus root from time to time. Don't stick the pot). Until the soup is put into the small half bowl.
