I always like to eat cake. I like the sweet and soft cake. It's very easy to ferment with bread machine and flour. The cake is really as soft as cotton
Step1:Pour all materials into the toaster. Put water, eggs, sugar and salt oil first. Pour flour into the top. Dig a hole in the middle of flour and embed yeast. Select the fermentation procedure until the dough is twice the size. The finger pokes the hole and does not retract.

Step5:Two golden sides of the pot. The taste is very soft, sweet and delicious. What I make is 4 people's portion. If you can't finish it, you can put it in the refrigerator for quick freezing. Use the steamer to heat it up the next day. It's still soft and sweet.
