Fish have nutrition. Why not add something to make it more nutritious.
Step1:Wash and control water. Add some white flour.
Step2:Pan fry yellow in warm oil for later use
Step3:It's the same as cooking ordinary fish. Put in onion, green pepper, tomato and garlic when it's almost cooked. Pour out the clear oil in 5 minutes when it's stuffy
