Due to the weather problem, adults and children are easy to cough. I found this lung moistening formula in the diet therapy. The family ate it. They all said it was good. Try it, too.
Step1:Prepare a handful of sago. A dozen white fruits and a few dried Tremella.
Step2:First boil the white fruits and ears. Let them boil for a while. It's a little sticky. Then put the sago down.
