Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:First, take off the leaves of cabbage for standby. Then, put the alkali noodle stand into the steamer. Then put the steamer into the pot mixed with water. You can fire.

   Step2:When the alkali surface has wet elasticity, it can be put aside to cool. Heat the water while it's cool. Then put the leaves of cabbage into the pot and heat them.

3. 

   Step3:Finally, mix the cold noodles with the cabbage. Add the seasoning and mix well.
