I go to every bakery and buy one thing that is basically yam. It tastes almost the same. I think about the taste I make at home. I didn't expect that it's really better than the one I bought. I've been baking for a long time, and how many additives are in it can be eaten at once.
Step1:Melt butter in water and cool.
Step2:Slowly add the mashed potato powder. Slowly stir. Mix the butter and the ready mixed powder well.
Step3:Add the whole egg liquid and refrigerated ice milk and stir slowly for 1 minute. Then quickly stir to make it into a ball.
Step4:Keep patting the dough to make it more and more smooth and delicate. About two or three minutes.
Step5:Divide the dough into two parts. Wrap one part with black sesame. It's better to knead it evenly. I'm a little lazy. I don't knead it very much. My dough is not sticky. So I didn't wear gloves or anything.
Step6:Add the other one to the prune. Knead it evenly. If the prune is too big, please cut it up a little in advance.
Step7:Divide the dough into about 40g and put it into the mold (I used two molds. The other mold was about 6 pieces of 20g). Preheat the oven 180. Bake it for about 30 minutes.
Step8:The finished product is coming out. It's very Q. I think it's better than the one sold outside. It's obvious that the additives are much less. The black sesame is super fragrant.
