Sanhuang chicken soup, mainly for soup and health preservation. Chicken doesn't need to be stewed too long. It's quick and convenient.
Step1:Blanch - soak chicken in water for 5 minutes to wash the blood. Then put the chicken in cold water. Bring out the chicken after boiling. Marinate with a little cooking wine, salt and sugar for 10 minutes to make the chicken taste good. Prepare other ingredients needed during the period.
Step2:Chicken pieces, scallion, ginger slices and garlic slices are put into the pot together. Add enough water and proper cooking wine. Heat it up and then skim the foam.
Step3:Add the prepared mushroom, Flammulina mushroom and wolfberry and stew for 10 minutes.
Step4:Add in lotus root slices and simmer for another 10 minutes. Put salt and sprinkle with Scallion before cooking.
Cooking tips:Sanhuang chicken is tender. It can be stewed for about 30 minutes. Too long time will affect the taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
