I used to eat it in a small restaurant along the road in Arle. It's a little spicy curry and a little tender with a green mouth. It's full of fragrance. Refer to KL leisurely recipe. Add curry and coconut milk.
Step1:Clean the green mouth. Use a knife to scrape off the weeds and sundries in the shell.
Step2:Pull out the water grass that has been eaten into your stomach. It's more labor-saving to hold and pull it with pliers.
Step3:Clean the green shell. It can be scrubbed with steel wire ball faster.
Step4:Dice the onion and garlic. Dice the millet and peppers. Shred some lemon peel. Squeeze out the lemon juice.
Step5:Mix the green curry with 50ml coconut milk.
Step6:In a small heat, melt the butter.
Step7:Add onion and garlic to stir fry. Add black pepper and parsley. Stir for 2 minutes.
Step8:Add pepper. Stir fry for 1 minute.
Step9:Pour in cream, dry white wine, curry juice, remaining coconut milk. Cook over low heat until bubbly. Add some salt.
Step10:Add in the green mouth. Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
Step11:Add lemon peel, lemon juice and basil leaves. Continue to cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Turn it over halfway. Pay attention to prevent the soup from overflowing.
Step12:Take it out. It's very fragrant. Start to eat it.
