My baby likes this barbecued pork very much. Unfortunately, I don't have an oven. I have to marinate the lean meat and fry it. Then cook it in an electric rice cooker. I didn't expect it would taste good. It's delicious. It's delicious to eat with tender lettuce.
Step1:Wash the lean meat. Add 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons raw sauce, 2 tablespoons seafood sauce, 1 tablespoon salt, mix well and marinate for 8 hours. Turn over the noodles halfway. I usually marinate the meat the night before. I make it directly the next day
Step2:Heat the pot and pour in the right amount of oil. When it's 70% hot, put in the cured lean meat. Fry until the surface is burnt yellow.
Step3:Put the fried lean meat into the rice cooker. Add ginger and scallion. Pour in the remaining marinated meat sauce. Press the cooking button.
Step4:Repeat cooking twice. Turn over in the middle. Put a spoonful of honey before leaving the pot.
Step5:Well done barbecued pork. It smells good. It was taken in the evening. The light is a little dim.
Step6:Put the cooked pork on the plate and cool it, then cut it into pieces.

Step8:Pour the remaining sauce in the rice cooker on the barbecued pork. It's delicious.
