Step3:Preheat the oven at 220 ℃ for 5 minutes. Put in the hairy crabs wrapped in tin paper. Bake for 4050 minutes. I roasted it for 50 minutes (in fact, it depends on the size of crabs. Different ovens are different. You can take apart the tin paper to have a look at crabs. It's cooked in red.
Step4:Make sure to wrap tin foil. Otherwise it will be very dry. You can only remove the tin paper in the last five minutes or so. Remember....
Step5:When the crab is cooked, remove the tin paper and bake for another 5 minutes. Dry the residual water on the surface and put it out of the oven.
Step6:Brush off the salt on the surface of the crab before eating. Baked crab in salt doesn't need any dip. It's very fresh and sweet
Step7:There are too many crabmeat in the open. The super fragrant crabmeat is not dry at all. It's fresher and sweeter than the steamed on
