Add the spinach juice to the egg flour, and you will have green pancakes. It's also a Tibetan method for kids who don't like vegetables. On a cold morning, give your baby a plate of delicious pancakes full of energy and green. You will be full of energy all day long.
Step1:Prepare the ingredients. I use flour with low gluten and medium gluten.
Step2:Wash the shrimp skin with water several times, then soak it for ten minutes.
Step3:Boil the water in the milk pot. Put in the cleaned spinach. Blanch for 30s and take out.
Step4:Put the spinach and a small amount of water into the blender. Beat the spinach into a delicate spinach juice.
Step5:Weigh 20g spinach juice and pour it into the broken egg liquid (egg yolk can also be used only for babies who do not add egg white or are allergic to egg white).
Step6:Sift the low gluten flour into the batter.
Step7:Use the eggbeater to make a zigzag and stir it into a fluffy batter.
Step8:Then drain the dried shrimp skin. Pour it into the batter. Stir well.
Step9:Cut the cheese into small pieces.
Step10:Preheat the non stick pan. I used a new weapon today. The pancakes are amazing. They can be fried very round. But it's not made like this pot. Turn on the fire. Scoop out a spoon of batter. Then let the batter fall down naturally along a point. It will form a round cake.
Step11:Spread the pancakes in turn. Turn over when you see that there are small bubbles on the surface.
Step12:Turn over and fry for another minute. It will take longer to fry in this pan because the pancakes will be a little thicker. Generally non stick pot according to the time I provide it for a long time.
Step13:After the pancake is fried, put the cheese block on the pancake.
Step14:When the cheese melts a little, it's OK to sprinkle it with black sesame powder. If it doesn't, it's just willful.
Step15:One by one green cake. Ash is often a little fresh calcium supplement.
