Cooking tips:1. Sanhuang chicken is roasted with the original flavor. If there is a baby chicken, it will be more delicious. The domestic native chicken is suitable for stewing. It's too firewood to be roasted. The taste is not good. 2. If there are many people, cut them into small pieces with cooked vegetable board. Three or four people will wear disposable gloves to tear them down for eating. Taste stick drops. 3. If you want the chicken to taste better, you can clean it and control the dry water. It's easier to penetrate the condiment like stabbing in the chicken body with toothpick. You can also massage the chicken several times in the middle of the way.
