Step1:Prepare the ingredients (and half the onion. Forget to pat).
Step2:Cut potatoes and carrots. Cut onions, too. Marinate the chicken with cooking wine, pepper noodles, oil and a little salt for ten minutes (not too much salt. There is salt in the curry). Prepare the ginger and garlic.
Step3:Stir fry ginger and garlic in hot oil. Stir fry chicken for a few minutes.
Step4:Stir fry carrots and potatoes for a few minutes.
Step5:After boiling with water, cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Step6:Then add the onions. Cook for another ten minutes.
Step7:Add curry cubes. Taste the soup after boiling. Add water when it's salty. Add salt or a little curry when it's light.
Step8:Cook for about half an hour. It depends on the hardness and softness of carrots and potatoes. If you like the softness, cook it for a while. Stir fry it from time to time to prevent the soup from drying out or the bottom of the pot from sticking to the pot.
