Step1:Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces. Slice cucumber. Slice onion into small pieces or thin pieces. Soak in water for about five minute
Step2:Cook the potatoes in the pot until they are broken with chopsticks. Marinate cucumber and onion with salt and black pepper. Drain after a few minute
Step3:Take out the potatoes and strain them into dry water and pound them into mud. Then put some salt, white vinegar and black pepper (don't put too much) in hot water and mix them well. Put them in a while and cool them, then add milk. Mix the salad dressing and olive oil, and finally put the cucumber and onion on the plate
