Step1:Mix honey and dried osmanthus in a small bowl. Set aside. Chinese yam peeled. Cut into large sections. Steam in the pot. Cut into 0.5cm thick slices. Cool.
Step2:Cut the Hawthorn cake into slices of the same thickness. Code the cut yam slices and hawthorn cake slices alternately. Pour osmanthus honey on them. You can also use osmanthus sauce instead.
Step3:It's OK to refrigerate if you like. It's refreshing.
