I don't know about this dish. Although I like it very much. It's very delicious, especially with the water soaked rice. It's a super delicious breakfast. Dad loves it, too. Obviously it's mom's specialty. Recorded on February 11, 2017.
Step1:Salt in the dry pot. Stir fry a few times. Mom fried it with chopstick
Step2:It's slightly different from Figure 1. Some salt has started to beat.
Step3:Vegetables in the pot. Be careful not to be hurt by the beating salt.
Step4:Turn over the vegetables. When you have a little water loss and soup, you can add some soy sauce to color it. Not too much. It will be salty.
Step5:Turn it over again and add a little brown sugar to make it fresh.
Step6:Flip the back cover. Simmer for two or three minutes.
Step7:Open the lid of the pot and turn it. If the soup of the dish is not too much, it is suspected that the pot will be pasted. Add a little boiling water.
Step8:Simmer for another minute or two. Get up.
