The time in the morning is always in a hurry. Breakfast is especially important. The external food is neither clean nor nutritious. You can make some food for storage by yourself. You can eat it after heating in the morning. It's convenient and fast.
Step1:Soak the white glutinous rice and black rice 10 hours in advance. Spread clean gauze or steamer cloth on the drawer. Put the soaked rice in.
Step2:Add enough water to the steamer. Steam for 40 minutes.
Step3:Slowly pour the boiling water into the flour. Mix with chopsticks while one side is upside down until it is flocculent.
Step4:Cool it to not hot. Knead it into a smooth dough. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
Step5:Soak mushrooms 2 hours in advance. Cut them.
Step6:Dice the ham.
Step7:When the oil is hot in the pot, add ham and mushroom and stir fry.
Step8:Pour in the steamed glutinous rice flour. Season with salt, sugar and soy sauce.
Step9:Roll the wake-up face into a skin with a diameter of about 10 cm.
Step10:Put glutinous rice in the dough. Use chopsticks to compact. Close to the closing. Do not seal the mouth completely.
Step11:Put the package into the drawer and steam for 15 minutes.
Step12:If you can't eat it all at once, you can pack it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for freezing.
Cooking tips:If you don't want to roll your own skin, you can also buy dumpling skin bags. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
