When I was a child, I really liked the ladyboar white cooked with soy sauce in Zhejiang. I couldn't cook the authentic flavor all the time. I burned it all the time. Then I finally tried out the flavor I liked. It was always so hot.
Step1:Cut the green onion into sections. Chop the ginger and garlic. The ladles are washed white.
Step2:Put a spoonful of lard in the pan. It's OK to use any kind of oil. I have lard at home. I like it better. So I use lard.
Step3:Stir fried with onion, ginger and garli
Step4:Put in chili noodles, pepper noodles, beef mushrooms, soy sauce and chili oil (made by yourself, you can make recipes later. They are also sold outside) and stir fry. Forget to take photos of soy sauce
Step5:Put in. Ladle white. Stir fry.
Step6:Add soy sauce and water to cook. I also add some sugar and a little white vinegar (here I put two tablespoons of raw soy sauce, a small spoon of old soy sauce and a small bowl of water. I prefer soy sauce. Sometimes I don't need water. I just use raw soy sauce to cook)
Step7:Out of the pot. Put on the onion. It doesn't look good. But it's really delicious.
Cooking tips:This dish is very easy to cook. All the spices can be put at will. Of course, not too much. I always think it's better to fry vegetable with lard, but it's easy to get fat. Add sugar because I prefer to eat this kind of taste. Add white vinegar to get rid of the fishy smell. People who are not sensitive to the nose can't smell this fishy smell. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
