Step1:Preheat the pot and pour in lard or salad oil. Add in broad bean and stir fry until the oil is green.
Step2:Add 250ml of water and bring to a boil.
Step3:While waiting for the water to boil, put some starch into a small bowl and add a tablespoon of water to stir. Add the minced meat and stir evenly and add a little salt. Set aside.
Step4:When the broad beans are boiled until they crack, you can put the minced meat.
Step5:Add a little salt. Simmer slowly. I like the broad bean well done.
