The perfect combination of eggs and dumplings. Attractive color. Delicious taste. Let's try.
Step1:Add some salt (not too salty) to three eggs. Break them up and set aside. I have a lot of eggs because I have a big non stick pot and a lot of dumplings. If I have a small amount of dumplings and a small pot, I can reduce the amount of eggs properly. But the egg slices are a little thicker and easy to form.
Step2:The hand-made dumplings are ready. Mine is made of mutton.
Step3:Put some peanut oil into the non stick pot. As shown in the figure.
Step4:Put in the dumplings. There is a gap between each dumpling.
Step5:Fry the dumplings over medium heat. Turn the bottom of the dumplings yellow and hard.
Step6:Pour in water. It's about one-third or two-thirds of the height of the dumpling. Determine the amount of water according to the size of the dumpling. Cook the dumpling well. After the water is boiled, turn the heat down. Cover the pot. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. For plain fillings, about 10 minutes. For meat fillings, about 12 to 15 minutes. It also depends on the size.
Step7:It's almost dry. As shown in the figure.
Step8:Pour in the egg.
Step9:Sprinkle with chopped chives, black sesame and red pepper in turn.
Step10:Turn on the medium and low heat until the egg liquid solidifies.
Step11:Carefully put it into the plate. Finished product.
