Fried chicken is rampant outside. But the safety problem is worrying. It is better to make fried chicken at home. It is safe, delicious and healthy.
Step1:Skinless chicken leg. Dice. Divide into two equal parts.
Step2:Add 100g yogurt, 5g brown sugar, 2G sweet pepper powder, 2G garlic powder, salt and pepper to one part. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight.
Step3:Add 100g yoghurt, 5g kazhen powder, 2G garlic powder, 2G sweet pepper powder, proper amount of salt and pepper, mix well and refrigerate overnight.
Step4:Drain water. Add sweet potato starch. Mix well. Fry at 50% oil temperature. Raise oil temperature to 80%. Fry again until golden. Drain oil. Sprinkle with pepper powder for decoration.
Cooking tips:When frying chicken for the first time, the oil temperature must not be too high. Just fry it well. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
