Cooking tips:1. Dry kelp should be steamed first. If it's fresh kelp, it's not needed. Just wash it and cook it with soybean directly; 2. There's a lot of silt on the dried kelp. It's hard to wash it when it's dry. It's easy to wash it after steaming; 3. The soybean should be soaked and then boiled with kelp; 4. Ribs are not necessary. It's OK without ribs. I think it's better to cook it with ribs. After all, it's meat soup. 5. If it's a dish, don't put salt or less salt. If it's a pickle, put more salt. It will last longer; 6.
