Step3:Remove the impurities from the dried vegetables and cut them into 3cm long sections. Place the wok on a high fire and put in the cooking oil until it's 50% hot (about 125 ℃). Fry the vegetables quickly and remove them from the pan. Sprinkle with sugar.
