Cooking tips:1. The proportion of black sesame and glutinous rice is 2-1. I think it's a good proportion of taste. Like the feeling of thick sesame paste, you can put less water. On the contrary, you can add more water. 2. Use a small fire when frying peanuts. Otherwise, it will be easy to fry. When the peanuts are fried, they will crackle. You can choose not to filter. If you want convenience, you can fry the raw black sesame and glutinous rice respectively in advance.
