Step1:Wash mung bean with water. Strain into pressure cooker. Add in the water used for cooking at ordinary times. Heat the fire to the atmosphere and press on the air valve.
Step2:After gas top valve, turn down the fire pressure for 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, turn off the fire and open the cover. Remove the mung bean into a leaky spoon. Press the back of the spoon into the mung bean paste. Pour into the stew pot.
Step3:Add a proper amount of boiling water into the stew pot. Stir while cooking to prevent sticking to the bottom. After boiling, remove the froth and stir until the mung bean soup starts to be sticky. Add some red granulated sugar, stir well, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
Step4:After cooling, stir well. Add some ice and mint juice into the cup. Put the mung bean soup into the cup. A cup of cool mung bean soup is made.
