I have a meat loving husband and a meat loving daughter. Because of them. I like to make all kinds of ribs and chicken wings. This is also the favorite of the two carnivores.
Step1:. wash the spareribs. Put the oil in the pot. Pour in and fry until yellowish.
Step2:Slice the scallion. Slice the ginger and garlic. Set aside.
Step3:Pour the onion, ginger and garlic into the pan of fried ribs. Stir.

Cooking tips:Boil the bean curd juice, simmer it slowly, and color all the ribs. Don't blanch ribs in hot water. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
