Step1:Prepare dried shrimps and mushrooms. Soak in hot water. About 15 minutes. Shrimp and mushroom are sold in supermarkets.
Step2:Cut taro into pieces. Add a little salt. Because I cut it bigger. Put salt and marinate it a little. It will taste better when I cook it.
Step3:Wash the spare ribs.
Step4:Drain the washed spareribs and put them into the pot. Add some ginger slices and cooking wine and stir fry them in the pot. This will remove the fishiness.
Step5:Drain the mushrooms and dried shrimps. Set aside.
Step6:Add in the pot. Stir fry with the ribs. The ribs will change color.
Step7:Put all the fried ingredients and rice into the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes. In the process, stir occasionally to avoid the paste.
Step8:It's bubbling in the pot. Add in the cut taro and cook for about 20 minutes. Until the porridge is thick and the taro is ripe.
Step9:Add shredded ginger and chopped celery. Put in a little pepper, salt and chicken essence to start the pot.
Step10:Just cook some vegetables. I like lettuce. So I add lettuce directly. It's faster to cook, too. It's OK to have it scalded. Perfect.
