This dish was eaten in the company canteen. It's also steamed. I tried to make it myself when I came back. It's almost the same taste. It's stinky and delicious.

Step2:Stinky tofu is spread in the bowl. It's covered with Maodo
Step3:Top with shredded mea
Step4:Add 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoonful of vinegar, 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1 spoonful of olive oil and 1 spoonful of chili sauce to the bowl, and finally spread some shredded green pepper on it
Step5:Cover with plastic wrap and steam for 20 minutes.
