In order to celebrate the harvest season of loofah, I went through the list of dishes I've got. I'll send you another menu of loofah --) this dish was made in 2010 when I took part in the Andalusian olive oil cooking activities. It won the first prize because the light taste of loofah and prawns matches the olive oil sauce very well. And the shape is also amazing ~
Step1:Raw materials. As shown in the title. Used Luffa, shrimp, olive oi
Step2:A towel gourd (choose the thick and short ones as the best). Peel and cut the 2cm section. Dig out the pulp in the middle. Leave some bottoms and don't dig through
Step3:Six big prawns. Remove the shell. Leave the shell at the end. Cut off one section of the tail for decoration. Remove the sand line of other prawns. Cut into the mud. Mix in a little salt, starch, onion and olive oil to make prawn stuffing
Step4:Put the prawn stuffing into the loofah cup, and insert the prawn tail for decoration
Step5:When the steamer is boiling, steam the loofah cup on the drawer for 5 minutes
Step6:Cut two cloves of garlic into small pieces. Add two tablespoons of soy sauce and two tablespoons of olive oil. Pour it on the steamed loofah cup and finish it
Cooking tips:Steam vegetables with olive oil. It's a healthy match. It's good for cooking.
