Step1:Yi Ren washed with wate
Step2:Drain wate
Step3:Put it in the pot and stir fry slowly. Stir until the surface is crispy. Stir fry until fragrant. I've been frying for about 15 minutes. Be sure to turn on the heat.
Step4:Add some Lycium barbarum to the fried Yiren and soak it in hot water. Then you can drink the dehumidified Yiren tea.
Cooking tips:I don't need to worry about frying too much. The rest of the extra I can be dried and preserved. I can soak it if I want to drink it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
