Step1:Raw material
Step2:Wash the rice. Remove the shrimp line. Clean the mussel. Remove the internal organs of the squid. Cut the body part close to the beard into circles. Cut the beard part into appropriate size according to personal preference

Step6:Add mussels, squid and shrimps and stir fry them. Then add white wine and stir fry them evenl
Step7:After discoloration, add chicken soup, salt, black pepper and saffron pollen to simmer slightly
Step8:Use the hedge to remove the ingredients for use. Put the remaining soup into the electric rice cooker
Step9:Put rice in the electric rice cooker. If the soup is not enough, add some water. Follow the cooking mode; when there is still a little soup in the rice, add the ingredients in 7 and continue to cook until they are mature
Step10:After steaming, mix all the ingredients, put them in the plate and sprinkle with fried purple onion.
Cooking tips:1. Seafood rice can also put other seafood, such as clam, abalone, small fish and shrimp; 2. If there is no chicken soup, you can also use clear water. But the taste is worse. Fish soup is also good; 3. If you like, you can also put some basil. Sprinkle with lemon juice to make dishes delicious.
