You can't make bread without bean paste. It's convenient and hygienic to make your own.
Step1:The red bean is washed clean and added with water (less than 7 cm or so) and pressed in the electric pressure pot for 30 minutes.
Step2:Put the pressed red beans into a mixing cup and stir until they are muddy.
Step3:Put in the frying pan. Add the sugar and stir slowly.
Step4:Add corn oil in several times. Stir fry each time until the oil is completely blended and then add another time until the oil is used up. Just fry the water all the time.
Step5:Out of the pot.
Cooking tips:1. Add 50g of cooked flour or glutinous rice flour to help absorb excess water. 2. Add white sugar and it will become thinner. There may be bean paste splashing out. Cover it with a lid and stir it occasionally. When there is less water in the back, it will not splash out. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
