Step11:Put it into the environment with temperature of 38 ℃ and humidity of 75% for final fermentation. Take it out when the fermentation reaches 8 minutes full. Add the cover. Put it into the middle and lower layers of the preheated oven. Heat up and down 180 degrees. 23 minutes or so.
Step12:The toasted bread should be shaken with heat, demoulded immediately, cooled to palm temperature and sealed for preservation. It is recommended to finish within 2 days.
