Step1:Clean the beans. Dry the surface with a dry rag or kitchen tissue. Break into 5cm sections. Shred lean meat and marinate with starch, cooking wine and a little salt for 5 minutes. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic.
Step2:Put oil in the wok. The oil quantity is a little more than that of the ordinary wok. Put the broken beans in. Open the medium heat.
Step3:Fry until the beans are wrinkled and the surface is yellow. Stir fry the shredded pork with the remaining oil. Remove.
Step4:Leave a little oil in the pan. Put in pepper. Turn on the heat.
Step5:Fry the pepper to make it fragrant, then stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic.
Step6:Put in the fried beans and shredded meat and stir well.
Step7:Add some salt and chicken essence, and thirteen spices. Stir well.
Step8:Turn off the fire. Start the pot and dish. Eat while it's hot.
