Step1:Soybeans remove the broken and straw sticks (this is the big soybeans I just harvested from the northeast. So there are some impurities
Step2:The soybeans should be picked clean, washed, soaked in water, and the end of the water should be over two-thirds of the soybeans. Soak all night, pour out the water the next morning, and cover the soybean with a big bath towe
Step3:It's soaked soybeans. It's swollen and sprouts are springing up. Use clear water, drain the soybeans twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Wash the bath towel directly.
Step4:Look, it's sprouting the next day.
Step5:This is the third day. Because the cloth I covered with soybeans is thin and transparent, it turns green and it's OK to use a bath towel. It will be ready to eat in two days.
