My mung bean sprout. It's only when I eat it.
Step1:A handful of green beans in water. About 24 hours.
Step2:Find a coke bottle. Cut off the front part of the bottle.
Step3:Make a few holes in the bottom of the bottle with an awl.
Step4:Put the green beans that have been soaked for a day into the coke bottle. Put them under the tap to flush. Then the water will leak from the hole at the bottom. For the next three or four days, do this twice or three times a day.
Step5:After three or four days, that's it. Pour out the mung bean sprouts and you can eat them.
Cooking tips:1 during the whole process of green bean sprouts, put the bean sprouts in a dark environment, or cover a black plastic bag on the bottle, or put the bottle in a black cabinet. Put a tray or something under the bottle. Then the water will slowly leak out after flushing. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
