I met a brother from Mexico in a foreign country. He taught me the spicy soup they like to eat.
Step1:Dice tomato. Slice chilli. Dice onion. Slice garli
Step2:Chicken gizzards or Prawns in boiling water. Wash and set asid
Step3:Put oil in the pot. First add tomato, onion, chili, garlic and stir fry for a while. Then add chicken gizzard or shrimp (I use chicken gizzard). Add some salt. Stir fry garlic powder in high heat for a while
Step4:Add water. Cook over medium heat for about 40 minute
Step5:Boil the tomato, pepper, onion and garlic. Add MSG or chicken essence. Add some lime juice to increase the sour taste. Otherwise, use white vinegar
Step6:So you can eat it. With steamed bread, with rice and with noodles, you can eat it sour and spicy
Cooking tips:It tastes better with shrimp. The chili must be spicy. If there is lime, it's better. Because Mexicans like lime. There is a kind of chili sauce in Mexico, which is made of these vegetables. When making chili sauce, there are skills not to put acid into the dishes.
