Speaking of Taco, Mexico, Chinese diners are no stranger. Even if you haven't been to a Mexican restaurant in Mexico or China, you must know KFC's Mexican chicken roll. That's the modified version of Taco. But Mexican taco made by Chinese families is rare. Taco's tortillas are not the focus of our recipe. There are ready-made tacos in the supermarket. But if you want to make it at home, please refer to our homemade pancakes for the family version of roast duck. It can perfectly replace the tortillas. This time I want to share a kind of authentic taco filling - slow roasted pork. It's made with Mexican local cooking method. Although it takes a long time, the method is not difficult. The slow baking process makes the pork taste full. The taste is tender and unforgettable. (the following dosage can be used as 12 parts of Mexico taco)
Step1:After slicing the pork, sprinkle some salt on the pork. Knead the pork to make the salt spread evenly.
Step2:In a large metal pan or iron pot. Heat the oil medium hot. Put in pork pieces in batches. Fry all sides of each piece into golden color. This step will be the most complicated step in this dish. It will be easy next.
Step3:Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Put all pork pieces fried in batches together with 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 / 2 teaspoon cumin powder, 2 pieces laurel leaves and 5 pieces garlic slices into a cast iron pot. Pour in water that can cover 2 / 3 of the meat pieces.
Step4:Cover the pot. Fire and boil the water. Then put the boiling iron pot with the lid into the oven. Bake at 190 ℃ for 3.54 hours. Open the lid and check every hour. Mix properly or add more water. The roasted pork is too fragrant. And it's very crispy. You can try one first.
Step5:When the pork is ready, mix the chopped purple cabbage, orange juice, orange peel powder, olive oil and salt. Mix well to make the purple cabbage salad. Then bake the tacos or homemade pasta on an open fire for 2030 seconds, until local burning focus is generated. Add slow roasted pork, purple cabbage salad, avocado, coriander, soft Mexican cheese, and squeeze in some lime juice.
Step6:It's done. Share this authentic Mexican taco with friends and relatives.
