I prefer to eat bean sprouts. I feel uneasy every time I buy them outside. In fact, sprouting bean sprouts is very simple.
Step1:I use a basin with a hole at the bottom. I use a cage drawer because the hole is too big. I spread a layer of gauze at the bottom. Spread the beans evenly at the bottom. Cover a wet cloth on the top of the beans. Find a basin to cover the outside of the cage drawer for water control.
