This shrimp soup is made of red shrimp. You can add any vegetables. The bottom of the soup will be sweeter. You can also add shells. I've added my hometown's specialty Chongwu fish roll. The fish roll is made by Yumi. There's also seafood. It's made with shrimp. It's not too single.
Step1:Peel the shrimp. And pick out the shrimp line. Add a little salt, cooking wine, white pepper, starch (or sweet potato powder), a little egg white and stir well.
Step2:Chongwu fish roll slice.
Step3:Add cold water, shredded ginger and fish rolls to the pot. Boil.
Step4:Add in the thick soup. Then use your hand to order some shrimps.
Step5:Cook for a few minutes. Add salt and a little chicken essence to the soup. Stir well and turn off the heat.
Cooking tips:1. In addition to starch, add some sweet potato powder and egg white to marinate the shrimp. You can eat the Crispy Shrimp Soup. It's similar to shrimp slip. 2. There is no clam / clam, cabbage, chrysanthemum and tofu for fish roll. 3. The soup should be salted one teaspoon at a time. If it's not tasty, add some salt. Taste it slowly. It won't be too salty.
