The home-made intestines taste very delicate, easy to chew and digest. Even if there is no chewing ability, the baby can control this intestines. The most important thing is that it's easy to make. This time I specially added iron stick yam. There is no other kind of powder. Yam can make sausage easier to digest. It can also strengthen stomach and spleen. Pork can supplement calcium, iron and protein. This nutrition must be given full marks.
Step1:Reference age - more than 12 months. Food preparation for non allergic baby - pork tenderloin 100g, yam 40g, egg white 45g, shallot 3G, ginger 2G cooking time - 40 minutes difficulty analysis - Primar
Step2:Wash and peel yams. Cut into small pieces. When processing raw yams, wear disposable gloves. The mucus in yams will rub on your hands. Your hands will be very itchy. No gloves. It's OK to put on a plastic bag to prevent allergy.
Step3:Put it in the pot and heat for 20 minutes. Steam until it is done.
Step4:Dice pork fillet. The pork tenderloin I use here is pure lean meat. You can use the pork with a little bit of fat. In this way, the mixed meat stuffing has fat in it. The baby intestines will not be dry, hard or firewood.
Step5:Cut the prepared shallots.
Step6:Add chopped green onion and ginger to the tenderloin. Mix well. Marinate for 15 minutes to remove the smell.
Step7:Take out the ginger slices. Put the pork into the blender. Add 45g egg white. After adding the egg white, it will make the sausage more delicate and smooth. But if the baby is allergic to the egg white, it can add 40g of water starch. But the taste of steamed baby's intestines is far less than that of adding the egg white. It is easy to disperse.
Step8:Continue to put the steamed yams in the blender. Stir them carefully. Babies over 12 months old can add a little salt in this step. Add a little baby soy sauce without adding to taste. Babies will like it better. If you don't add salt for more than 10 months, you can try. My suggestion is to use the cooking machine to deal with the pork filling. This will make the intestines taste more delicate. If you don't have a cooking machine, you must chop the meat with a knife very fine.
Step9:Put the mashed yam into the flower mounting bag. Jute without flower mounting bag can also be used as fresh-keeping bag. But remember to be thicker. It's too thin to be squeezed easily. Once squeezed, the bag will break. Whether you use egg white or water lake powder to make it, be sure to observe the state of the final yam pork paste (refer to my moving picture). Be sure to be delicate and thick.
Step10:Use scissors to cut a hole in the decoration bag. My cut is about as thick as my index finger. The size of the cut determines the thickness of the pork intestines. Let's grasp it.
