Cooking Steps

   Step1:Wash chicken wings. Cut 2 notches on each sid

   Step2:Cut the onion into long silk or segments. Slice or shred ginger. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, and chicken wings into the basin. Marinate for about 24 hours

   Step3:Marinate and add oil to the pot. Fry on both sides until golden brow

4. 

   Step4:If there is residual oil in the pot, control the oil. Pour in coke. It's ok if you haven't passed the chicken wings

5. 

   Step5:Stew in a big fire. Boil the cola syrup to surround the chicken wings. You can get out of the pot beautifully ~
