Step1:Cut grass carp into pieces. Slice ginger, scallion and garlic. Marinate with all seasonings. Refrigerate for more than seven days.
Step2:I pickled it for ten days this time. After natural thawing, put the ingredients attached to the fish into a bowl for use.
Step3:Fry the fish in small heat to make golden yellow.
Step4:Stir fry the ingredients in another pot. Add some water to boil. Put in the fish. Cover the pot. Simmer for a minute or two, then spray in a few drops of white vinegar to increase the flavor. Out of the pot. Sprinkle with scallion.
