Potatoes are my favorite of all vegetables. Every time I go to the green tea restaurant, I have to order some baked potatoes. Today, we use Jiuyang air frying pan. It's a perfect reproduction, and the taste is slightly better. It's recommended to all people who like potatoes.
Step1:Peel the big potatoes, cut them into even triangular pieces, wash the starch with water, soak them in light salt water for a quarter of an hour, drain the water and dry them.
Step2:Preheat the Jiuyang air fryer at 200 ℃ for 5 minutes. Put the potatoes into the frying basket. Spread them as flat as possible. Brush potatoes with corn oil for 20 minutes. You can take it out and turn it over.
Step3:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Add the garlic, the cut green and red hot pepper circles and stir. Add the onion. Stir well and turn off the heat.
Step4:Put in chili powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper while it's hot. Fry the potatoes well. Stir well. Add some salt, a little sugar and chicken essence. Stir well and dish.
Step5:Fried potatoes are ready. It's slightly spicy and salty. The potatoes are burnt outside and waxy inside. It's very delicious.
