Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Wash hawthorn, peel and cor

2. 

   Step2:Add 1200ml water and sugar to boil. Add in Hawthorn and bring to a boil.

3. 

   Step3:Cook until it's thick. Keep disturbing the pan.

4. 

   Step4:After filtering, add sugar to taste until you like it.

5. 

   Step5:Cool to mousse Cu

6. 

   Step6:Garnish with sugar beads.
