It's a famous fish that I haven't eaten for N years (I guess I can get it out). It should be a specialty of Jiaozhou Bay. It's only known as Guyan. It doesn't need flour, eggs, onions, ginger, garlic, cooking wine or even salt. It's amazing.

Cooking tips:This fish doesn't need pepper, seasoning, cooking wine, salt, onion, ginger and garlic. Don't add flour and eggs. I think it's better to cook with raw sauce.
