Perfect encounter between pig's hoof and shrimp
Step1:Clean pig's hooves. Chop into small pieces and blanch in cold water.
Step2:Heat in rapeseed oil until it is 60% hot. Add dried chilli, ginger and stir fry. Add bean paste and stir fry red oil. Blanch the pig's hoof. Mix in sugar, long brand soy sauce, delicious sauce, dried chili powder, salt, oil consumption, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and pepper. Stir well. Pour into a pressure cooker and add water (no more than 7 cm in height) and air pressure for 12 minutes.
Step3:Put the oil in the bottom of the pot and stir fry the garlic. Pour in the fried shrimp tail and wash it into the original soup to press the pig's hoof. Bring it to a boil over high heat for 5 minutes. Then pour in the pressed pig's hoof. Add the sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
