Last summer vacation lasted for more than a month. This year started ahead of schedule. I used to see people who went to work with bentos on TV. I always envy them. In order to achieve this goal, I first cleaned out my favorite bento box (for Yan Kong, the equipment is not exquisite) and then went crazy to find the menu, compare and try, and then add to the cake. Today is a comprehensive menu finally determined. The specific heat accounting is not rigorous enough. Still need to learn.
Step1:Wash and shred the lettuce, purple cabbage and small tomato (I think it tastes better). Put them in a bowl and add black olive
Step2:Add some ground salt, black pepper and a small amount of low-fat salad dressin
Step3:Carrot. Shredded Flammulina mushroo
Step4:Fry a small amount of oil in a pan. Add a small amount of salt and pepper.
Step5:Put a small amount of salt and pepper into the chicken breast. Fry it in a pan, then add celery and stir fry it.
Step6:Steam the rice in the spare time when preparing the dish. Steam the corn, egg and purple potato in the upper pot. Finally, set it up
Cooking tips:If you want salad dressing, put it on the noodles. Mix it when you eat it. Otherwise, there will be a lot of water. Chicken breast was to be fried with asparagus. I didn't buy it. I changed it with celery. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
