Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Wash ingredients, slice eggplant and cut tomato into pieces.

2. 

   Step2:When the oil is hot, fry the eggs and put them out of the pot. Add oil to the pot and stir fry the tomato, fungus and Lily. Stir fry the eggplant evenly and then add the scrambled egg and stir fry.
